Refund Policy

What you buy
Ideoy sells one-time digital purchases: a single HD unlock ($4.99, 1 credit), Unlock+ ($9.99, 2 credits), and credit packs. 1 credit = 1 HD remake; Unlock+ uses 2 credits. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Credits do not expire. Prices are on /pricing.
Failed renders
If a paid render fails, the credits used for it are returned to your wallet automatically. You can retry at no extra cost. Free previews are free and are not refundable.
Requesting a refund
Try the free watermarked preview before paying. If something went wrong with a purchase (for example you were charged but received no credits, or a render you paid for is unusable), email owen.zhang@reviewreplyflow.net from the email you sign in with, and include your Creem receipt or order ID. We review each request and, when approved, refund through Creem to your original payment method. Credits that were already spent on delivered HD remakes are generally not refundable.
Refunds, disputes and credits
When a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the credits from that payment are removed from your wallet, and HD unlocks bought with it may be revoked. If those credits were already spent, your balance can go negative; paid remakes are paused until the balance is back to zero or above.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem. Ideoy never sees or stores your full card number. See also our Terms and Privacy Policy.
