Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account email (Google OAuth or magic-link sign-in) and session cookies.
• Photos you upload to generate remakes, plus generation metadata (template, tier, status, timestamps).
• Payment identifiers from Creem checkout (we do not store full card numbers). During internal beta, checkout runs in Creem Test mode.
• Lightweight product analytics (page views, template opens, checkout starts) stored in our database.

Photo retention

Uploaded photos are kept only to render and support your remakes. We aim to delete source photos after about 30 days. Finished video outputs may remain in your My videos library until you ask us to remove them or we close the account.

How we use data

To authenticate you, run AI generation (via our model provider), fulfill paid unlocks, prevent abuse (daily caps / budget gates), and improve Ideoy. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Hosting on Cloudflare Workers; database on Neon; email via Zoho Mail; payments via Creem; generation via Ark / Seedance-compatible APIs. Each processor only receives what is needed for that job.

Children

Ideoy is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors. We may refuse or remove violating content.
