Acceptable Use Policy

What Ideoy is

Ideoy helps you turn your own selfie into a short AI meme-template character video. It is not a face-swap tool for putting someone else into a video without consent, and it is not a deepfake service.

Required

• Upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have explicit permission to use from the person shown.
• Everyone shown must be 18 or older.
• Before each generate, confirm the on-site consent checkbox. We store acceptance with a timestamp on that remake.
• Treat outputs as AI-generatedwhen you share them.

Not allowed

• Photos of other people without their explicit permission
• Minors (anyone under 18), including family photos of children
• Celebrities, public figures, or politicians (unless you are that person)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, impersonation, or deepfakes meant to deceive
• Illegal content, scams, or attempts to bypass these rules

AI-generated disclosure

Remakes are AI-generated. Free previews are watermarked. We label demos and finished clips as AI-generated on the site. Model providers may also burn a small AI mark into the video frame.

Report & takedown

If you believe a remake misuses someone's likeness or breaks this policy, use /report or email owen.zhang@reviewreplyflow.net. Include the page URL or generation id and a short reason. We review reports as soon as practical during public beta and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Enforcement

We may refuse generations, delete uploads or outputs, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Automatic celebrity / minor detection is a follow-up; until then we rely on consent, clear warnings, filename soft checks, and reports. See also Terms and Privacy.
